Every Juverto order is prepared by hand, presented in our signature box and dispatched from our fulfilment centre in Irving, Texas.
United States
Standard Shipping is complimentary on orders over $200. Below that, here is what it costs to send each gift, from the least expensive to the most. The same figure appears on the gift's own page and again at checkout before you pay.

A gift note adds nothing to the price and nothing to the delivery charge.
How long it takes
Every order leaves our fulfilment centre within one business day, whichever service you choose. The difference between the three is time on the road.

Orders placed before 2pm CT on a business day leave the same day. Everything else leaves the next business day. We dispatch Monday to Friday, so an order placed on Friday afternoon leaves us on Monday.
Every gift page shows the delivery time and price for that gift, next to the Add to Cart button.
Ordering more than one gift
Your order ships as one parcel, at one delivery charge. Two gifts together cost far less to send than two separate deliveries, but the charge is not simply the higher of the two prices above -- a larger parcel costs more to carry. The exact figure for your basket is shown at checkout, in your own currency, before you pay.
International delivery
The windows below are the total time from order to arrival, and include time in customs clearance, which is outside our control.

Outside the United States the exact charge depends on the destination and on what is in your basket, so it is shown at checkout rather than on the gift's page. These are carrier estimates rather than guarantees, and delivery can run longer in peak gifting periods. The weeks before Christmas, Valentine's Day and Mother's Day are the ones to plan around. If a gift has to arrive by a fixed date, order with several days in hand and choose Priority Express.
Where we ship
We currently deliver to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, the twenty-six countries of the European Union, and Australia. If your country is not listed, please contact us before ordering.
Tracking
You will receive a confirmation email when the order is placed, and a second email with tracking as soon as it is dispatched. If the tracking has not updated within two business days of dispatch, contact us and we will chase the carrier on your behalf.
Sending to a recipient
Enter the recipient's address as the delivery address. Every parcel travels discreetly: no prices appear on the invoice, the packing slip, or the outside of the box. Tracking updates are sent to you alone, so the arrival stays a surprise.
Duties and taxes
For orders delivered outside the United States, import duties and taxes may be payable on delivery. These are set by the destination country and are collected by the carrier from the recipient. They are not included in the price you pay at checkout.
