Description
Two heavy-base crystal old-fashioned glasses, a wooden smoking chamber that sits over the rim, a torch, and six wood chips: pecan, oak, apple, cherry, beech and pear. Apple and pear are light and sweet, cherry is richer, oak and beech are the traditional ones.
Light the chips, let the smoke settle over the glass, then pour. It takes about a minute and it changes the drink.
